Shipping and returns

Everything you need to know about how your order is shipped, and what happens if something goes wrong.

Shipping

Each piece is made and painted by hand in Lyon. Your order ships within 5 working days of payment.

Launch pre-orders: orders placed until 15 November 2026 inclusive are made by hand and ship by 18 November 2026 at the latest.

We deliver to mainland France and the countries of the European Union.

Methods and rates

Home delivery: tracked Colissimo, delivered 2 working days after shipping.

Pickup point or locker, France only: Mondial Relay, delivered about 3 working days after shipping. Choose your pickup point or locker on mondialrelay.fr, then enter its address as your delivery address at checkout; if anything is unclear, we will email you before shipping.

Another European Union country: Colissimo International home delivery, usually delivered 3 to 8 working days after shipping depending on the country. Please choose the “European Union” rate at checkout: if a France rate is chosen for an address abroad, we will email you before shipping to settle the difference, or refund you if you prefer.

Shipping costs are exactly what we pay the carrier (La Poste or Mondial Relay), with no margin. They are added to the price of the object and shown before you confirm your order.

Careful, plastic-free packaging

Your jewellery holder travels in a cardboard box, wedged and protected with paper and shredded paper, with no plastic.

Damaged parcel

If your parcel arrives damaged, send us a photo of the parcel and the object within 48 hours to macadamup@gmail.com. We will send you a new piece.

Returns

You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, without giving a reason. Write to us at macadamup@gmail.com, then send the object back, complete and in its packaging, within the following 14 days.

Return shipping costs are yours to pay. We refund the price of the object and the original shipping costs within 14 days of receiving the return.

Custom-made pieces (colour or dimensions made to your request) cannot be returned.
