Model of a silo

A large-format architectural model: 2 metres long, 90 cm wide and 80 cm high, built from cardboard, wood, plexiglass, paper and aluminium, among other things.

It shows a project to convert a grain silo into a local reuse platform. The project seeks to honour the raw, functional nature of the silo, keeping its characteristic features and putting them on show: hoppers, tower, sheet piling… The model was made in the same spirit, to capture the raw, rusty look of the silo.
